Rihlati Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points for every booking and purchase. The more you travel with us, the more points you earn, and the more exclusive benefits you unlock!

You can earn points in several ways:

• 10 points for every 1 OMR you spend on bookings
• 100 points when you create your account
• 100 points on your birthday
• 50 points for each friend you refer (after their first purchase)

Our loyalty program has four exciting levels:

• Bronze Rahhal: Starting level with no minimum spend
• Silver Rahhal: Spend 500 OMR total → 5% discount on all tours
• Gold Rahhal: Spend 1,500 OMR total → 5% discount on tours, hotels, flights & car rentals
• Diamond Rahhal: Spend 4,500 OMR total → 10% discount on everything + free drop-off & pick-up in Muscat

Our referral program is simple and rewarding! When you refer a friend to Rihlati, you’ll earn 50 points after they make their first purchase. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, so keep sharing and keep earning!

You’ll automatically receive 100 bonus points on your birthday! Make sure your birth date is updated in your profile settings so we can celebrate with you.

Diamond Rahhal is our premium tier with exclusive benefits:

• 10% discount on all tours, flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Free drop-off and pick-up service within Muscat
• Priority customer support
• Early access to special promotions

Once you create an account and log in, you can view your current points balance and badge level in your dashboard. You’ll also receive updates via email whenever you earn points or reach a new badge level.

Your points and badge levels are yours to keep! Points don’t expire as long as you remain an active member. Your badge level is based on your total lifetime spending, so once you reach a level, you’ll always enjoy those benefits.

Yes! As soon as you reach a new badge level, your discounts and benefits are activated immediately. You can start enjoying your new perks on your very next booking.
