Requirements
Swimming Requirement - MANDATORY:
- Must be able to swim 200 meters non-stop (any stroke)
- OR swim 300 meters with mask, fins, and snorkel
- Tread water or float for 10 minutes
Health Requirements:
- Complete PADI Medical Statement
- Good general health and fitness
- No serious medical conditions that prevent diving
- Medical clearance required for certain conditions
Theory Requirement:
- Complete 8 hours PADI e-learning
- Pass all knowledge reviews
- Pass final theory exam (minimum 75%)
Practical Requirements:

- Complete all confined water training
- Successfully perform all required skills
- Complete 4 open water dives
- Demonstrate competence and confidence

Having completed the e-learning before the course, you will then spend 1 day diving with your instructor in confined water.
